Actually, you can get the answer of your question from your last sentence:

"While moving to a direction; You have to move until first blue barrier which is at that way."

Namely, when you reach a barrier, at that time, you are at stop mode. Then you can choice going on or finishing the way.

Namely, that rule is valid, only while moving!
If you reach a barrier, if you want to go on the way and there is a way to move(a free cell to the right or left), you can go on the way or you can finish the way.

It is your choice.

Very, VERY interesting puzzle !
And tricky scoring. So, many chances to make a mistake !

In a few attempts, just to see what is all about, i got a pretty god score. Than after, not even close. I try few different approaches and find a good candidate for first posting. I still try to improve it.

Hello.
The interesting information was appear in 46 hours after start of puzzle. Similary story was observe with puzzle 10 in Turkzeka 2007/2.
I think that the problem is determinate at the page of site strongly and correctly: one can use numbers 0,1,2,3,4,6,7,8 only.
Please, explaine this situations.

But since you using the "up" word, I am confused. Because "puzzleup" is a puzzle competition site. And there is the following announcement at that site now:

Puzzleup 2008 will begin in the first week of June. The rules and the schedule will be announced in May.

aman ardakaşlar 5 puan fazla alcam diye acele etmeyin sonra benim gibi olursunuz. 3. kişi ben olayım diye çok basit hata yaptım. ondan cevabı girerken 2 değil 5 kere kontrol edin sorna benim gibi kafanızı duvarlara vurmayın :)

Finding the logic of the answer format was harder than solving the puzzle for me :)
